ich lobte an dieser stelle vor einigen monaten die firma ipodlabor.de. das war verfrüht. man hat dort zwar wunschgemäß eine neue, funktionierende harddisk eingebaut, aber offenbar entweder versäumt den akku zu ersetzen, oder aber einen fehlerhaften ersatzakku eingesetzt. tatsache ist, dass die ohnehin schwache akkuleistung keinen deut besser geworden ist. in den ersten tagen nach reparatur hielt ich es für möglich, dass sich der neue akku erst eingrooven muss, doch inzwischen stelle ich fest, dass keinerlei besserung da ist. der akku hält ohne herumgespiele an dem clickwheel und ohne beleuchtung nur etwa 4 stunden, was für einen neuen ersatzakku viel viel viel zu wenig ist.
das kann ja passieren.
bedauerlicherweise blieben aber meine reklamationsmails vom 25.10.2007, 29.10.2007, 30.10.2007, und 11.12.2007 alle komplett unbeantwortet. ich kann ipodlabor.de daher nicht mehr empfehlen. leider.
UPDATE 14.12.2007: ich habe heute dort angerufen. man entschuldigte sich und schickt mir jetzt auf kulanz einen neuen 1200mAh-Akku plus einbauwerkzeug. immerhinque. (abgehakt)
